A New Low | Phoenix Real Estate Market Update

A new low in the phoenix real estate market. A number we haven't seen in 16 years! If you've been watching my videos, you know that prices have officially come down in the Phoenix housing market. With that, we are also seeing other market indicators trending downward. What's next for the Phoenix housing market as we get into summer?
