Massive Number of Unsold Listings! | Phoenix Real Estate Market Update There are double the amount of unsold listings that expired off the market at the end of the year...does this mean sellers are giving up? Or, are we seeing a decrease in inventory as we start 2025? Plus, another record for the contract ratio, and we haven't seen this since 2009!
