The buyer's market in Phoenix is back and we aren't seeing relief in mortgage rates. The Days on Market metric is increasing nationally, and we are now seeing the slowest sales pace since 2019. There is a small glimmer of hope for sellers in the under contract trend that is beginning to emerge. Will this continue into the spring?
