Has the seller's market peaked? Right now, we are seeing a lot of new listings come to market and the buyer demand in the Phoenix area is not matching up with the supply. If we continue to see these new listings come to market without an increase in demand, we will have seen the end of the seller's market. Buyer's are currently gaining an advantage, and even though mortgage rates haven't been favorable to buyers, they are seeing more opportunity to negotiate prices and ask for seller concessions. Will our spring market be as strong as anticipated? Time will tell...
