Inventory hits a level we haven't seen in 14 years in the Phoenix area! We now have a normal level of inventory, and demand can't keep up. This new level means we no longer have a housing shortage in the Phoenix metro area - something we haven't seen in years. If demand can't keep up with supply, home prices will eventually fall. Will we get there?
